These Terms and Conditions govern your use of dmatosconstruction.com and your participation in the D'Matos Construction text messaging program. By using this site or by agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.

About D'Matos Construction

D'Matos Construction is a finish carpentry, framing support, and exterior finish subcontractor serving General Contractors, Project Managers, and Estimators in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

Text Messaging Program

1. Who is sending the messages and what you will receive

Text messages under this program are sent by D'Matos Construction, the company identified above. If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive messages, you will receive:

• Project and jobsite updates: scheduling and start dates, scope confirmations, crew arrival and coordination, material and delivery status, punch list items, and closeout or sign-off notices.
• Customer service replies: answers to a question, a request, or a message you sent us by phone, email, or through a form on this website.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program. Your consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase or of any service we provide.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on the activity on your project and on the conversation you are having with our office. Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier.

3. How to stop the messages and how to get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (508) 963-4797, the D'Matos Construction messaging number. You may also reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

4. Carrier liability

Delivery of messages depends on your mobile carrier and on network conditions that are outside our control.

5. Privacy

Information you provide to us, including your mobile number and your messaging consent, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Use of This Website

You may use this site to learn about our scope of work, review project examples, request a scope review, contact our office, and apply for a position. You agree not to use the site to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, to scrape content at a volume that degrades the service, or to violate any applicable law.
