D'Matos Construction is a finish carpentry, framing support, and exterior finish subcontractor working with General Contractors, Project Managers, and Estimators across Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. In this policy, "D'Matos Construction", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the company identified below.

We only collect information that we need in order to answer your request, quote your scope, run a project, or review a job application.

Information you give us directly

• Contact details: your name, company name, job title, email address, mailing address, and phone number, including your mobile number if you give it to us.
• Project information: plans, drawings, specifications, schedules, site addresses, scope documents, photos, and any other file you send us so we can review or price the work.
• Job application information: if you apply through our careers pages, we collect the name, email, phone, work location, trade experience, and any documents you choose to attach.
• Message content: what you write to us by email, by text message, or through a form on this site.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and device type. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files used to keep the site working, remember your language preference, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to a request, a question, or a scope review you sent us.
• To prepare and send bids, scope documents, schedules, and closeout documentation.

• Your own project team: when you engage us on a project, we exchange the project information needed to do the work with the parties you have designated on that job, such as your superintendent or project manager.
• Legal requirements: when we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, court order, or a government request, or when disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of a person.
• Business transfer: if the company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are excluded from every category above and are never disclosed to any third party, as stated in the section on Text Messaging and Mobile Information.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep project records for as long as the project file is active and afterward for the period required by our insurance, warranty, and tax obligations. Job application records are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics tools we use.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and our file storage and email accounts are access controlled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you need to send sensitive documents, ask us and we will arrange a secure transfer.

Your Choices and Rights

• Access, correction, or deletion: email contact@dmatosconstruction.com and tell us what you want us to do. We will confirm your identity before acting on the request.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. See the Terms and Conditions.
• Email: reply to any email from us and ask to be removed from that list.
• Cookies and analytics: control cookies in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

If you are a Massachusetts resident or a resident of another state with applicable privacy law, you may have additional rights. Contact us and we will respond within the period required by that law.

Children's Privacy

This site and our services are directed to construction professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
