His role is centered on helping project teams maintain schedule, coordination, and field execution from planning through closeout.

With more than 15 years of business administration, strategy, and operational management experience, Miriam leads the strategy and operational structure behind D'Matos Construction. Working alongside project teams and field operations, she focuses on project coordination, operational planning, documentation, financial oversight, and the systems that support day-to-day operations. Her role is centered on creating visibility, organization, and accountability that help teams stay aligned and keep projects moving efficiently from planning through closeout.
